Life Academy wants families to buy with confidence. You can try Week 1 of any grade for free before paying.
1. Plans (Student $35/month or $336/year · Family, up to 4 students, $69/month or $662/year)
Plans renew automatically through Stripe at the end of each month or year, depending on the option you chose, until you cancel. Electives are included in both plans.
You can cancel anytime from your account (Manage billing). Cancelling stops the next renewal. Access continues until the end of the month or year you already paid for.
Monthly plans: no refunds for partial months.
Yearly plans: full refund if you ask within 14 days of a new yearly purchase or a yearly renewal. After 14 days, there is no refund for the unused part of the year, and access continues until the year ends.
If you were charged by mistake (for example, a duplicate charge, or a renewal after you canceled), email us and we will refund it.
Your progress is saved to your parent account, so switching devices or clearing browser data does not remove access or records.
2. Virtual tutoring ($45/hour)
Tutoring is paid per session ($45/hour) as a one-time Stripe payment when you book; it is not part of a plan.
Cancel at least 24 hours before a session for a full refund or a free reschedule.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours before) and no-shows forfeit the session, with no refund.
If Life Academy cancels or cannot hold a session, you get a full refund or a rescheduled session, whichever you choose.
3. How to request a refund
Email david.dukes77102@gmail.com from your account email with the date of the charge and the reason. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe; banks usually post them within 5–10 business days.
4. What a refund does not change
Life Academy does not issue grades or credits as a school. Your homeschool records, as the school of record, belong to you.
