STEM, labs, pictures, videos, and papers

STEM is not a sixth class. It is the lab, the picture story, the Lesson Studio, and the paper — inside the five classes you already tapped.

Labs on the pageScience and math weeks have a tap-and-try lab. Change one thing. Write what you saw. That is STEM.
Pictures and Lesson StudioEvery week has illustrated scenes. K–5 is a picture story. 6–12 is Lesson Studio with the week’s actual skill.
VideosThe intro at the top is ours. Classroom how-tos sit on the lesson. Lessons link curated teaching videos where they help; we don't claim to have filmed every lesson ourselves.

Parent FAQ

Plain answers families look for — typical day, devices, records, STEM — without an account wall.

How long is a school day?

Kindergarten through 5th: about 45–90 minutes if you do the five classes. Middle school: about 1.5–2.5 hours. High school: about 2–3 hours, longer on lab or paper days. You set the clock. Same five classes every week.

What device do we need?

A computer or tablet with a browser (Chrome or Safari). A phone works in a pinch; a bigger screen is easier for labs and papers. No app store install. Progress saves on this device.

Where do I see grades and records?

Today is the school day. Gradebook is every scored quiz. Transcripts print K–5 mastery, 6–8 pathway, or 9–12 Carnegie credits. No login. You remain the school of record.

Is STEM included?

Yes — inside math and science, not as a billed extra class. Labs, pictures, Lesson Studio, and 9–12 papers are on the lesson pages. Teach-back is the check that they own it.

Are you accredited?

No. We do not fake a seal. Parents follow their state’s homeschool rules and sign the transcript. What that means.

Is tutoring part of the homeschool plan?

No. Homeschool is self-serve. Live help is the Tutoring tab: $45/hour, Zoom or Google Meet, never in person. David is available every day, any hour. Email david.dukes77102@gmail.com or book a time.

Can we start today?
