“Life Academy,” “we,” and “us” mean the operator of lifeacademyhomeschool.org, Life Academy, operated by David Clifford in Florida. Contact: david.dukes77102@gmail.com.

Life Academy may provide a printable Program Completion Certificate and transcript templates. A Program Completion Certificate shows that a student completed Life Academy coursework. It is not a state diploma or an accredited diploma, and it does not by itself grant graduation. Any diploma is issued by the parent as the school of record. Colleges, employers, and states decide how they treat homeschool records.
Paid access requires a parent account (email and password). The parent, not the child, must create and control the account. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. Lesson progress and grades are saved to your account so they follow you across devices. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or yearly depending on the option you choose, and renew automatically for the same period until you cancel. Yearly plans renew once a year; we will email a reminder 7 days before each yearly renewal. Yearly plans can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase or renewal. You can update your card, see invoices, or cancel anytime in the billing portal linked from your account; access continues to the end of the paid period. Tutoring is charged as a one-time payment at booking. We do not receive or store your full card number. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email before your next renewal. With an active plan, you get a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for your family to use the curriculum for its own home education. Do not resell, republish, or share paid materials or your sign-in outside your household.
Tutoring is educational support, not a guarantee of grades, test scores, admissions, or credit. A parent or guardian must arrange sessions for a minor and may be asked to stay nearby during sessions. Cancel at least 24 hours before a session for a full refund or a free reschedule. A cancellation less than 24 hours before, or a no-show, forfeits the session. See the Refund Policy.
Life Academy lessons, text, images, and videos are owned by Life Academy or its licensors, except where noted.
The site, curriculum, and tutoring are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Home science labs and activities require adult supervision; the parent is responsible for safety at home. To the fullest extent the law allows, Life Academy and David Clifford are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid Life Academy in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms and will change the “Last updated” date when we do. Governing law: Florida. If you have a problem, please email david.dukes77102@gmail.com first so we can try to fix it. If we can’t resolve it, either side may bring a claim in small claims court, or otherwise in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.
