⏱️ Study Skills Grades 2–12

Flashcard Maker

Make a deck, then study it. Cards you miss come back sooner, and cards you know come back less often, so you spend your time on what you don't know yet.

Learn How it works

  • Active recall: try to remember the answer before flipping. Struggling to remember is what builds memory.
  • Spaced repetition: review over several days instead of cramming. A little each day beats a lot the night before.
  • Make good cards: one fact per card, use your own words, and add a picture or example when you can.

Examples See it done

Front: photosynthesis
Back: how plants turn light, water, and CO₂ into sugar and oxygen
Front: 1776
Back: Declaration of Independence signed
Front: la biblioteca
Back: the library
