Pomodoro Focus Timer

Work in short, focused bursts with breaks in between. It's one of the simplest ways to stop procrastinating and get schoolwork done.

Learn How it works

  1. Pick one task.
  2. Put your phone in another room and set the timer for 25 minutes.
  3. Work until it rings. If a distraction pops into your head, write it down and get back to work.
  4. Take a 5-minute break: stand up, stretch, get water.
  5. After four rounds, take a longer 15–30 minute break.

Younger students (grades 3–5): try 10–15 minutes of focus and 5 minutes of break.
